Mobeliz LIS founders have over two decades of enterprise software experience and have held meaningful positions at Siebel, Salesforce, Vlocity, and Salesforce Industries. Mobeliz is the second emerging technology startup cofounded by Skip Roncal and David Wipper.

In 2021, while at Salesforce, I had the opportunity to collaborate with members of our AI team to propose the development of an AI Digital Marketing solution. The overriding goal of this solution was to introspect the CRM-related data passing through large gaming environments to trigger actions to improve player experience, reduce churn and upsell products when appropriate. The development of a prototype, led to my further interest in the possibilities of leveraging streaming data, real-time social graphs, machine learning and AI to improve CRM.

 

One outcome of this project was the white paper 'Servicing the Metaverse', which I authored to describe how the application of AI could allow brands to interact with customers across both virtual and physical environments seamlessly.

In a sense, we are applying the same critical thinking to the design and development of Mobeliz.
