BETA PROGRAM PARTICIPATION ADDENDUM (SHOWMECRM)

IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING THE BETA

By opting in to, registering for, accessing, or using any beta, preview, pilot, or pre-release version of the ShowMeCRM application or related services (the “Beta Program”), you (“Participant”) acknowledge and agree that your participation is subject to the following additional terms, which supplement and override the Terms of Service below where applicable.

1. Confidentiality of the Beta Program

The Beta Program, including but not limited to the application, user interface, workflows, features, prompts, outputs, documentation, and any related communications (“Beta Materials”), is confidential and proprietary to Mobeliz, ShowMeCRM, and Roncal Enterprises.

Participant agrees to treat all Beta Materials as confidential information and to use them solely for the purpose of evaluating the Beta Program.

2. No Recording, Capture, or Disclosure

Participant expressly agrees not to:

• Capture, record, screenshot, photograph, screen-share, livestream, or otherwise reproduce any portion of the Beta Program

• Create or distribute videos, images, documentation, or derivative materials related to the Beta Program

• Share access credentials, artifacts, observations, or outputs with any third party

• Publish, post, or discuss the Beta Program in public forums, social media, blogs, press, or analyst briefings

This restriction applies regardless of intent (including educational, promotional, or critical use).

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All Beta Materials are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
No rights, licenses, or ownership interests are granted to Participant except the limited, revocable right to access the Beta Program for evaluation purposes.

Any feedback, suggestions, or observations provided by Participant may be used by Mobeliz and its affiliates without obligation, attribution, or compensation.

4. Patent-Pending Technology

Participant acknowledges that the Beta Program includes confidential, proprietary, and patent-pending methods and systems.

Participant agrees not to disclose, reverse engineer, decompile, analyze, or otherwise attempt to derive the underlying ideas, algorithms, system design, workflows, or inventions embodied in the Beta Program.

5. No Competitive Use

Participant agrees not to use the Beta Program or any Beta Materials to:

• Build or enhance a competing product or service

• Assist any third party in developing competing technology

• Conduct benchmarking, comparative analysis, or public evaluations

6. No Expectation of Availability or Support

The Beta Program is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, may be modified or discontinued at any time, and may contain defects or incomplete functionality.
Mobeliz has no obligation to provide support, fixes, uptime, or future access.

7. Termination

Mobeliz may revoke Beta access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
All confidentiality, intellectual property, and non-disclosure obligations survive termination.

8. Acceptance

By continuing to access or use the Beta Program, Participant affirmatively consents to this Beta Participation Addendum and confirms compliance with all restrictions herein.
