Mobilizing people to do their best work

Why I started Mobĕliz
I’ve spent two decades inside the sales software industry working with category creators and category disruptors alike. From Siebel Systems, to Salesforce, to Vlocity, I’ve seen how these systems are built, sold, and deployed.
What changed over the years wasn’t the model it was the packaging.
Nearly every CRM system still operates on the same underlying assumption: humans should adapt to software. Data entry before outcomes. Forms before thinking. Configuration before momentum. Thirty years later, we’re still asking salespeople to behave like database administrators.
Legacy tools like Act! Software never truly evolved. Enterprise platforms became bloated and expensive, requiring armies to implement. And small businesses were left paying perpetual rent for systems designed for a different era.
Mobĕliz exists to reverse that equation.
I believe work should start with language not forms. With intent not schema. With outcomes not busywork. Mobĕliz is built around a simple idea: software should understand how people actually work, and then do the heavy lifting on their behalf.
For small businesses ready to make a clean break from legacy CRM, that idea comes to life in ShowMeCRM™ a natural-language salesforce automation system designed to help you do your best work, not buy more software.
Mobilizing Innovation

The Problem We're Solving
The problem isn’t just legacy software, it’s legacy thinking.
Forms-based systems force people to translate real conversations into rigid data structures. SaaS business models lock customers into subscriptions whether the software improves or not. Together, they’ve produced a generation of tools that optimize for reporting, not results.
Act! was built for the 1980s. SaaS platforms were built for the 2000s. But today’s work happens in real time, across conversations, email, and context not nested forms and required fields.
Mobĕliz is built for now.
Our platform uses natural language and generative AI so you can describe what happened, what you need, or what comes next and the system takes it from there. No wrestling with rigid workflows. No fighting required fields. No brittle logic hard-coded into last decade’s assumptions.
And we go one step further.
I believe customers should have a choice in how they adopt and own software. That’s why ShowMeCRM offers flexible models: rent it, lease it, or buy it outright with a perpetual license. Use it where it makes sense for your business. Own it if that’s what you prefer.
This isn’t about chasing trends.
It’s about aligning software with how people actually work today.
Welcome to the age of AI-native work.
